Can I change my billing address?

Yes, for any changes in billing address, please email us at order@nutrigarden.in or call us at 8956428535 to update the billing address. Please note that we will not be able to change any details on your order once your order is shipped.

PAYMENT

What are the payment modes available?

We accept Online Payments through the CASHFREE suite by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, Bank Transfer, Google Pay etc. You can also pay Cash on Delivery for a small additional amount of Rs. 50.

For RTGS or NEFT on bulk orders please write to us at order@nutrigarden.in. We will share the details.

We offer pan-India shipping and can accept transactions made in INR only.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS

What is your cancellation policy?

Request for cancellation of confirmed express order should be made within 12 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for the order, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

For the refunds made, customers are provided with a Unique reference Id which they can refer to ,if they have some issues with the rebate.

If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account.

For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer we make the refund to your Bank Account.

Your details which we require for refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code. Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

Easy 10 days refund or replacement.

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then the same has to be informed to us with images within 10 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or exchange the product accordingly.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We dispatch the order within 2 working days. Based on your location, the courier services take 3-5 days in delivering the parcel from the time of order dispatch.

Yes but only if the kit reaches you in a damaged state.

We take great care curating the best product ordering experience for our customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 10 days of purchase. Simply reach out to us on order@nutrigarden.in to start the process.

For placing an order with us, browse through our seeds collection and add your products to the cart. On the checkout page choose the preferred payment method and you are done!

All the orders get dispatched via our shipping partner DTDC couriers.

We do our best to ensure that the order reaches you in the best shape. In case you receive a package with missing items or incorrect items, please reach us via email or call us.

We currently ship within India only. Shipping seeds outside India require an application for the export permit and can be facilitated on demand for bulk orders.

Our seeds are tested for germination and purity levels and stored in a regulated facility. They are packaged once they meet all criteria of quality assurance as per Government of India.

Do you have a shop?

No, Nath Nutri-Garden does not have a physical store. We operate only via our website.

PRODUCT

For how long can I store the seeds before they are sown? Do seeds have an expiry date?

The expiry date for our seed varieties is 9 months from the date of packing (mentioned on the back of our kit). Once the seed bottle/ packet is opened, the seeds can be stored in an airtight container in a cool place or can be sown immediately. This will ensure the germination ratio is not hampered.

No, the seeds in the Nath Nutri-Garden kit are non GMO.

 

The seeds in the Nath Nutri-Garden kit are not organic. We sell hybrids or open-pollinated /heirloom varieties of seeds.

Please refer to our seed growing manual or contact us on for a specific query.

Use a mix of moist coco – peat alongwith, healthy soil and fertiliser mix to sow the seeds.

BULK ORDERS/CORPORATE GIFTING

Is there any minimum order quantity for ordering seeds in bulk?

The minimum order quantity for placing a bulk order is 30 kits. For individual seed packets please fill the bulk order form we will contact you for more information.

We only accept online bank transfer for bulk orders. COD (Cash-On-Delivery) orders are not accepted. Please email us on order@nutrigarden.in for more information.

 

Please email us on order@nutrigarden.in incase the seeds you need are not mentioned on the website and we will get back to you on their availability.

Yes discounts are available on bulk orders based on the total value of your order, excluding the shipping.

We do not accept returns on bulk orders.

Our bulk orders are shipped via DTDC couriers or other modes of transport depending upon the weight of the order and area pin code and urgency of the order.

The bulk order price does not include shipping, or any additional taxes assessed at the time that the goods are shipped to the customer.

Yes, it’s possible to personalise your order as per your choice with individual cards, logos or any other branding for a minimum order quantity. For more details, please fill the bulk order form, mentioning the number of items and we will get back to you with a feasible solution.

Yes, just send us the message along with the order number at order@nutrigarden.in or over whatsapp on 8956428535 within 24 hours of placing your order. We will add it on a card with your order and deliver it safely.


We have a pan India shipping tie up with DTDC couriers. Delivery to metro cities takes about 3-5 days and other locations may take upto 7-8 days.

Bulk orders are accepted from only within India. However please email us at order@nutrigarden.in and we will try to help you with your inquiry.
