At Nutri Garden, we want you to be thrilled with your indoor gardening experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your Nutri Garden kit.
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened & Undamaged Kits: You can return unopened and undamaged kits within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Damaged Kits: If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at your discretion.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Ineligible for Return:
- Opened Kits: Due to the nature of seeds, we cannot accept returns for opened kits.
- Items Purchased During Sale: All purchases made during special sales or promotions may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific terms of the sale at the time of purchase.
- Items Returned After Deadline: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items outside the specified timeframe.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at order@nutrigarden.in or phone at 8956428535 within the designated time frame.
- Return Authorisation: A customer service representative will provide you with a return authorisation number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your package.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned item(s) to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your protection.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded.
